Hi...caffeine is a very YMMV (your mileage may vary) thing! I drink 20 oz. of coffee each morning and I am losing weight and body fat. Others find that they need to stop drinking caffeine all together to lose.
As long as I am still losing, I am going to keep drinking it. (If my loss stalls I'll have to rethink that!) It has always been such a pleasurable part of my morning (made even better since on this WOE since I can have real, full fat cream!) for so long that I loath to give it up.
And anyway, coffee is my only vice! Everybody needs at least one, right?
