As I sit here in the desert with my son, daughter-in-law and grandson and miss my honey and babies at home...I was so pleased to see this new thread you have begun.
 I too yearn for "after" photos that recall the person I once was...outside, not inside. I have been working on the insides for so long, I have been lax with the outside. But this is my time now...this is where I begin to get serious...this is where I begin to focus...this is where I begin to learn more about how my body works and responds and dissolves 
You, my darling friend, have been  to me since I entered this forum in January.  You have been encouraging and supportive through each of my experiences. You have had quite a year and have come out on top...you are...
