I too have felt my cravings resembled more of an addiction quality when I couldn't stop eating the white stuff. I actually did my term paper for my college degree on carb addiction. There is much more work needed to prove it is an addiction. I am curious to know how the Columbia study turns out. I would like to see them do it on other types of food disorders as well as bulemics.
