Upper Body Workout:
3sets 6-8 reps
Hammer Strength chest press
MTS High Row
PM Rear Delt
Tricep Kickbacks
Concentration curls

Was planning on doing rotator cuff and cardio but ran out of time and energy. Slept in this morning, which I needed after the night before last, but still didn't feel up to par.
