Is that for regular roast beef (i.e. big hunk o' meat you bake in the oven) or the sliced stuff from the deli? I'm interested to know as I sometimes get the stuff from the deli-- but I know it has a lot of sodium and other stuff (has some carbs in it). Unfortunately from the totals given, I think they're the counts for actual roast.
