I also have Dr. S's 2nd book but wanted more info. I have alot of the same symptoms that you have--severe fatigue, hair loss, weight around middle (well, hips, thighs, bottom as well ), the list goes on and on. I thought it was due to low progesterone at first, but have since learned that the low progesterone is probably due to adrenal fatigue as well. I am hoping for big results from what I learn from this book. I hope it can help you as well.
