Has anyone bought anything from the pleasantville cookie company? How was it? I keep seeing their ads on this site and I've checked the website out a few times. They seem to have a lot of LC products and I was thinking of trying some. I was just curious what the quality is like, particularly on the almond flour, bread and cookies. And how does almond flour work in recipes? Does it taste normal? I've tried multiple times substituting Atkins Bake mix for flour, but everything always comes out really salty. (I had a really bad experience making cookies this weekend... wasn't pretty)
