Count me among the morning people...
I need my exercise fix first thing in the morning. It wakes my brain up and sets the tone for the day for me. I've done cardio, morning, noon, and night and it really doesn't seem to make a difference. On occasion, I find that I'm not very strong in the morning, but it's usually if I didn't get in my evening protein shake.
I agree with loony33. Doctors say lots of things I'm not buying into anymore. My opinion is that just like low cal, low fat doesn't work for some of us, morning exercise doesn't work for some of us. It's a matter of finding what works for each of us as individuals.
