YEAH FOR ME....


was really suprised to hit my first mini goal this fast but i am not complaining


the one thing i cant believe is my chest has lost so much so fast..which being a guy is a good thing

waist and hips are holding strong tho


I am finally done with physical therapy so i can start exercizing regualarly so hopefully my butt will catch up to my chest


so a good start to the month..

four weeks down a lifetime to go.
