Everybody is so different when they reach a stall. I have been on this WOE for almost 6 weeks. I lost 8 the first week and 1 next. Guess what? I haven't lost (or gained) a pound since, however I do feel my body is changing for the good and I look like I have shed some fat. I have made no changes to the number of carbohydrates I eat, in fact often I don't hit the 20/day because I love the protein, and take supplements as well since I don't care for a lot of veggies. Anyway, hang in there and realize when a stall occurs, it will eventually pass. Keep coming back to the boards.
