Thanks all for your advice! I have been back on track for 5 days now, but today I nearly talked myself into buying a sugar free bar of chocolate. BUT I didn't! I just thought of how it would make me feel, and realized that it's got no nutrients in it whatsoever anyway. I shall be avoiding them in all quantities from now on!
