Remeber that Doctors also say that you sould eat more carbs.
I believe in doing cardio in the morning and lifting in the afternoon.
I really doesn't make that much difference. But since lifting is very physically demanding, I'd rather do it when my body is well fed and not after a 9-hour fast.
Cardio on an empty stomach is best if fat loss is you priority.
