Well, I did get some exercise in this morning. Not much, but every little bit helps right?
20 crunches
20 leg lift crunches (each leg=40)
I really hope to get more in and to be good today. I really was pretty good yesterday, only had popcorn and small amount of chow mein noodles. I mostly picked out the meat of the teriyaki chicken and mongolian beef. I did eat a lot of popcorn yesterday though. If I could just get my body into the teens, things would be good I am working towards my goal and am going to try really hard!!!!
