Just my personal opinion, O.K............................ IF you are just starting induction, one of the main purposes of induction is to ween yourself off sweets/ treats, so,,,,,,, to start out, right off the bat having a substitute dessert, per say, I personally don't think it's a good idea. The best way to do the plan is to do that 2 week induction without any Fake foods, not to say that s/f jello is fake like the shakes or bars( which Atkins also does not recommend during induction) But I guess what I'm saying is, give your first shot at this the best shot and don't look to fill a sweet need, cause that's what your trying to kick, right??
