I am just finishing up 7 days on the 14 day induction diet. Not hungry, no cravings. Constipated, and have only lost 4 pounds. No cheating. Meat, eggs, cottage cheese, brocolli, cheese, almonds. All in moderation, Green tea and water, lots of water. I know I will stick with it as my moods are much better and I am calmer too. Not as tired all the time. Any advise on my diet? Does it take the entire 14 days to see a significant change? I have been testing my urine. Only get to the really dark pink. What should I cut out? Thanks for the help.
