Confused
Good morning everyone! I am confused, even after reading the book. Is the point of the sticks just to tell us we are in ketosis? Because as long as we're losing weight, and staying away from complex carbs, we are in ketosis anyway, right? I am thinking of getting these but wonder how I can use them to my benefit.
