If you've lost 5 pounds in 2 months, you're still losing. Accept it, even if it's slower than you anticipated.
I quit smoking in January, and "allowed" myself to gain some weight to get over the smoking hurdle. After gaining back a whopping 20 pounds, and having a cigarette setback, I'm back to strict low carbing, no smoking, and losing, but very slowly.
Whether you quit smoking or not, there are times when the body slows down and we don't lose as fast as we want. Have you measured? Are you losing inches and not pounds?
Hang in there kiddo. What I see from your stats is progress. That's great!!! And you should be proud of it.
PS..CONGRATULATIONS on kicking the nicotine beast. That's worth waaaaaaaaaaay more than it's weight in gold. GOOD JOB!
