I don't know if you have access to a Costco but they sell a big bag of frozen veggies specifically for stir fry. Great mix, even water chestnuts, snow peas. I steam mine for a bit in the microwave for a bit before adding oil and stir frying and adding some Mrs. Dash (salt and msg free) for seasoning...YUM!!
