Advice needed: Is it bad to do a different workout each day of the week?
I have been thinking I would do this:
Monday: Curves & Yoga
Tuesday: Jogging & BellyDancing
Wednesday: Curves & Yoga
Thursday: Rollerblading & Kickboxing
Friday: Curves & Yoga
Saturday: Yoga & Rollberblading.
Sunday: Rest & Relax!
(Along with ab workout every night)
