I kissed up to the Whoosh Fairy yesterday and declared the 10 reasons why I love this WOE. Well, the fairy told me to weigh myself this morning because I had a special gift. I usually only weigh on Mondays. I am down 4 lbs. and down 4 inches. I did not lose for two weeks and was hoping that this was not the beginning of a stall. I am only 18 lbs. from goal and am wearing a solid size 8.

Okay, I know I am laying this on thick, but this is the first time in my life that I have been successful in losing without going to a weight loss center. And the best benefit of all is that I have accepted this as a WOL.
