Fun'n'Fitness
Well, I like the idea of fitness through *fidgeting.* Y'know, toe-tapping, foot-wiggling, finger-drumming, etc. You know how little kids can never sit still, and they're usually fit and slim? I suspect that, though the creative use of fidgeting, one can turn a leisurely session of reading, watching TV, or surfing the Net into a full-body workout.
Now all we need is the fitness guru to develop a plan and help us all put it into action.
