I happened to have a package of Johnsonville Cheddar Bratwurst in the fridge; they're 2 grams of carb per link. I believe that the plain ones have 1 gram each.
You may be able to find some that are fresh and made without sugars that are 0 carbs each, but ask what's in them if there isn't any nutritional information on the package.
