It really is best to read the book so you can really follow the plan, and not just what you think is the plan, but untill you get it, here you go:

1)ketosis should have the opposite effect, it decreases the apetite. If you are still hungry after a meal you should wait 20 min to see if that gives your stomach time to realize it's full. If you're still hungry after 20 min then just eat more. Great huh? No calorie restrictions on Atkins (though don't go overboard for no reason or stuff yourself)

2)The cravings for sweets also diminish after the first couple days *provided*: you let your body detox from carbs, sweets, fake foods, processed foods, things that remind your brain of carbs. Induction is designed as a cold turkey detox from these things so you can start fresh, or else your body will continue wanting them as it does now. After two weeks without these things you can slowly try adding them back in and see if they still affect you that way.

3)The fatigue usually goes away after a few days. Once you eliminate the fake foods and go a few days on true induction if it is *really* bad to the point you can't function, esp. if it is accompanied by nausea or headaches you might want to increase your carbs a little in the form of high quailty carbs like salad or vegetables.

Good luck, hope that helps.
