Hi everyone....I finally found Dr Atkins book yesterday "Atkins for life"... I can't wait to get started reading it.....Mean while, can someone tell me about the advantage bars if there are to replace a meal or just for snacking....If you look back at my menu you will see that my meals are balanced (protein with little carbs) and not all you can eat....I am not stuffed when I am finished ... My concern is that, I know that the calories are high and I am trying to figure out a way to cut them back without feeling hungry....I am having a tuff time doing this....I know I can eat one leg instead of two but I am still hungry and that could set me up looking for snacks (like cheese that is also high in calories) and if I break it up into 6 meals, the protein (calories) are still the same....Please help...
