Congrats on your weight loss !!! Sounds right from my experience. The first day I lost 2 lbs. Actually the 1st 2 weeks it really comes off for me. Just dont get frustrated when it stalls from time to time. When I stall i take a look at what I'm eating and drink more water. Your on you way.....
