Stevia is great...I use the Pure Extract Powder, which has no fillers. Read the label and look for powders with No Fillers. Cellulose fillers will also do as they count as dietary fiber. FOS and Erythritol (two other common fillers) are not supposed to be absorbed or raise blood sugar...I will believe it when I see some real proof...especially considering that Erythritol is a Sugar Alcohol. Avoid anything using Maltodextrin. Maltodextrin is corn sugar. I have never seen a Stevia made with Dextrose (Glycemic Index: 100), but a few use Maltodextrin (Glycemic Index: 105).
