Feeling better...
I am feeling much better. I have been having an occasional cup of plain yogurt, upping my water and adding psyllium (sp?). My tummy is 100% better.
I am going to try eating a cup of yogurt per day until the end of the week (to replace the good bacteria in my tummy) and then try to reduce the psyllium a bit. Then I'll go back to strict induction.
Thank heaven for this board and the search function -- I was so glad to know I wasn't alone...and that I could add yogurt for a while without ruining my progress.
