I just made this up last night and it was mouthwatering
grill 2 pork chops, add 2 slices of tomato on each and some fresh chilli finely chopped drizzle with a little olive oil and put back under grill until soft and toasted, then add some cheddar cheese and put back under the grill until cheese is melty and gooey.
