Well, the reason for Splenda Jello in the first place is that some people have major problems with aspartame including cravings and stalls. Dr. A says to avoid it, and those of us (like me) who have bad reactions to it try to.

That being said, I like homemade jell-o because I have more control over flavoring and sweetness. Yum!
