Thank you so much everyone. You all are so nice I wish you could be there with me for support but I think I'll do okay. I'm not saying I'll be a saint but I'll make sure not to reach the bloated point. I will check out that site, it sounds great. Thanks again for the encouragement and advice. I will still go back to strict induction when I return because I will most likely need to shed a few. Hopefully not though, the walks are long and I'm going to do alot of it. So we'll see.
