Hi,

I am new to this board, and I am glad to find you all. I started Atkins on 2/11/03 265/231/150. I have really loved this woe and I look forward to being an active partner with all of you. My goal is to lose 115 pounds and right now that appears doable and yet so far away. I need to take this one day at a time.
