I found this great recipe for flax seed muffins. They have about .5 carbs per muffin, the way I figure it. They are sweet and very bready and they save my life when I am sick of meat. The problem is I am having a hard time finding a consistant net carb count on flax seed. Does anyone have any input? I find the range to be about 15 carbs per cup to 4 carbs per cup. Thanks
