ive been doing atkins and am pleased with the results, so i was speaking with a friend of mine, she wants desperately to do atkins, but her husband is dead against it, she would appreciate any advice ya'll have for her as to how to lc without her husband knowing..... (Thats y i stay divorced and single...lol)
