Red - I'm with you, I'm staying away from alot of that stuff - I think it would provide a false sense of security. I was asking because my mother has started Atkins but is very bored with the food (I don't understand why, but anyway ), she really misses cereal, so I'll take a drive on Saturday and pick up the cereal for her. It'll be interesting to go and have a look around though.
