I would be conservative and go with the higher carb count whichever one it is. I would not waste 5.6 g on sausage, though. Remember to read the ingredients some of the stuff is sausage will cause you to stall. Alot of them have modified stuff, wheat, sugar, dextrose..all no nos.
I would count the Splenda as 1 g per package.
