may 18 th i reached my goal of 200...was hopping for mothers day...but just came a little short of it ...started feb 2 nd....total loss to date is......40 pounds and a half...feeling great nexted goal for me is...181..by July 20 th.....(hubby's weight)...every one have a great carbing week....sammi
