Got the book again. Thanks for the notes! This book is the New Diet Revolution - updated! There was no such thing as Net Carbs when I practiced before... HMMM.
I LOVE VEGGIES! All kinds (except Okra)! I am lucky there with the exception of wanting more :-)
I went to the store and bought more goodies to replace the "cheese" snacks. I had been easily consuming more than the 4oz per day. I have deli meat (not Oscar Meyer), Tuna, and salmon cream cheese for my celery! I need to go home and cook a tri-tip tonight for snacks for a few days. I don't eat pork or shellfish/seafood.
Fitday is my journal and I'm keeping track.
