Wow, trotting down stairs with a basket full of laundry
And here I am just happy I'm I can touch my toes without cutting off my circulation-LOL!
Today, it still hurt a little to walk straight ahead, but I am on my way...I am so grateful for Atkins...yeehaw!!!
