I made a batch of these and they disappeared quickly, so I made another full batch with this recipe and one each of the following
Smoked salmon, dill and red onion
Red and green peppers and garlic
I wrapped them and froze them and they are great as breakfasts on the run, just pop in the microwave to defrost/heatup and they are amazing...
