I think if you stick to induction for the full two weeks you will find it will curb your cravings.

Look for jolly rancher's jello, it is sweetened with splenda.

Use whipping cream (liquid) in your coffee, some cinnamon makes it very good.

Some people stall with the bars, and watch if they are sweetened with malitol, this can cause tummy upset. I'd wait until after induction to try these. Induction gives you a clean slate, and you may not even want them after that.

It does get easier, the first week is usually the hardest because you are getting rid of all those cravings, it is common to have a headache and maybe be tired, but usually by 3-5 days you will get a boost of energy.

You don't have to have eggs and bacon for breakfast -- it really can be anything you want -- devilled eggs, pork chops, steak, whatever you want (as long as it's low carb).


Diet Rite is sweetened with splenda instead of aspartame.
