thanks for the reply...glad to hear that i'm not the only one out there with pre maintanence issues. yeah, i started munching on pecans this week and well- one ounce leads to 2 leads to 3 and now i'm just gonna quit cold turkey.

i think veggies are the ticket for me since i don't get "addicted" to them like i do with nuts and other faux food like the carbolite bars and such.

hey, if you're ever in the south bay it'd be fun to get together and swap war stories =)
