If you're following PP, there's nothing wrong with having a little grapefruit, but have the fruit, not the juice. And keep the portion small, maybe 1/4 of the grapefruit and not with every meal. The fiber is missing from all fruit and vegetable juices which automatically makes them higher in carbs.
