May I present a 'bunch of flowers' to all the wonderful ladies on this forum (I haven't come across any men) Where are you???

It is an amazing feeling to know that I (and I am sure this applies to most of you) have all this support out there.

Until now I have been the ultimate in 'secret eaters' or secret diet breakers. I would not even tell my husband - because I felt so bad -so weak!!!!

And now - what a feeling to know that there are all of you out there that will accept my slips, my weaknesses and just encourage!! (Yes I know it makes it easier that it is all anonymous ) What a relief!!!
