I have more than 200 pounds to lose. In fact, 267 pounds. Now, as I read thru several hundred messages on these forums, I see that I have more weight to lose than many of the members are in total body weight. And I laughed. nah, it isn't funny. I just laughed.
I KNOW I will lose the weight I need to live as I am tired of the alternative. There are many in these forums that have already successfully taken the path I find before me now. I truely believe God has granted me the wisdom to follow them toward a healthier life. THEY know the path. I merely follow. Happily.
