Sample refeed menu?
I "cheated" with a sensible "refeedish" thai meal and then some very unsensible cookies 1.5 weeks ago and my weight loss sped up. I never even gained weight, nor did I drop out of ketosis!
BUT.... I kind of slowed down again (without changing anything), not to mention not feeling as good.
I want to do a real refeed the RIGHT way. I've done searches on it and it's like I'm reading Chinese. I don't want all the mumbo jumbo jargon...
Is there a sample 2-day refeed menu hovering about somewhere? Or can anyone who has successfully refed themselves throw out a sample one for me? I'll smile real, real big!
