I get the same thing about every 5 weeks - so thirsty I could drink a lake. Yesterday I drank 9 L of water!! Then I didn't sleep all night because of trips to the bathroom.

Thank goodness I am at normal today. I wish I had an answer for you. I just look at it as my body is signalling it needs the water.
