Mr/Ms. He just takes some club soda, adds a little vanilla extract and some of the chocolate flavored syrup and a touch of heavy cream and stirs it up with a spoon. Yummy! I prefer plain vanilla egg creams (no chocolate syrup) cuz I love vanilla.
