Good point
While I will still steer clear of grains and continue to eat mostly low-carb, I agree with this point of view that the quality of what we eat is paramount.
When I do eat sweets, I make a point of savoring and really enjoying them. The same goes for the few breads I have eaten since starting low-carb. And I am satisfied with much less that I used to have.
I also only eat real foods. Even my mayonnaise (Best Foods) is made without a lot of additives. I think it has one or two, but no more. I'll have to check again.
