How long does it take to relose the weight that comes back after going off Atkins and starting CAD?
I keep creeping upward and am up 2.5 lbs total.
My Reward Meals have been balanced and not excessive amounts.
Yesterday I had a piece of chicken breast, aparagus with mayo, and about 1 cup of watermelon so you see that isn't a lot but it was all I wanted.
