ok i did terrible on my week-long vacation to florida. terrible. down right, eating everything i wanted, pizza, taco bell, drinking margaritas, it was BAD. i gained 5 lbs. i'm upset/depressed, but ready to get back on track. the worst part is, i FEEL terrible. i forgot how bad it feels to be all bloated and sluggish and ICKY.

so far today i've had cheese for breakfast and lunchmeat and cheese rollups for lunch. dinner will be low carb, i'm thinking pork at the moment. whew...i feel so much better getting that all off my chest.
